Hydrophilic PTFE Syringe Filters are especially effective for filtering strong, corrosive inorganic solvents and alkaline solutions. They demonstrate versatility and have excellent chemical resistance, allowing compatibility with various solvent mixtures typically used in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), including acetonitrile and water. Furthermore, these filters can be denatured, returning to a hydrophobic state; however, they are not designed for use with hydrophobic materials.
